Jonathan Taylor represents the third generation of Taylor family members to serve as president of the Burbank Noon Rotary Club in Burbank, California.  Founded in 1926, this is the first time in the club’s history this historic achievement has ever occurred, and such a moment will presumably never take place again.

The specialness is underscored in the July 6 letter sent to Jonathan by District 5260 Governor, Tom Hardy, who wrote: “In Rotary we often talk about the “family of Rotary” and urge our clubs to make family part of their traditions.  The Rotary Club of Burbank, served first by your grandfather, Glenn Taylor, President in 1984-85, then your father, Darrell Taylor in 1989-90, and then by yourself this Rotary year, truly embodies the spirit of  the family of Rotary.”

The entire Taylor family is highly respected within our local Burbank community for their volunteerism and philanthropy.  They are each a Paul Harris Fellow, and remain dedicated to Rotary’s precept of ”Service Above Self”.
