Our club had its meeting at the new Boys and Girls Club of Burbank and Greater East Valley on Angeleno, which was previously the Salvation Army Building. We got a tour of the new facility, which was big and beautiful.
We were happy to support their mission by making a donation for $20,000 from our Burbank Rotary Foundation. Shanna Warren, the executive director of BGCB, accepted the check on behalf of BGCB. We are so proud to be able to support the club, so they can continue to have a location to provide much needed services to the children who attend.
