Rotary Day of Service means joining with another club to make lunches for Skid Row
Club President Elect, Stephanie Bennett, and a friend traveled down to Culver City to join the Latinos Unidos Rotary Club in working on a service project to provide 200 lunches to people living on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles.

We met up at 8 am with everyone bringing some part of what was needed to put together the lunches. We formed an assembly line and put together sandwiches, with fruit, granola bars, and water in paper bags. After the lunches were put together, we loaded up trucks and Latinos Unidos members delivered these lunches.

It was a great opportunity to work with a fellow District 5280 club and hang out with their members, as we did a fun service project on a Saturday morning!
